GNFC will close trading window for insiders following second quarter results in 2026

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026.
