Sandur Manganese forms Royal Sandur MedTech, a medical device manufacturing subsidiary

The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited announced the incorporation of Royal Sandur MedTech Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary on September 25, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Royal Sandur MedTech Private Limited, incorporated in India, will focus on the manufacturing of medical devices and consumables, including surgical products, diagnostic products, and healthcare consumables, with The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited holding 100% shareholding. The company subscribed to 10,00,000 equity shares at Rs 10 each, totaling Rs 1,00,00,000.
