Clinitech Laboratory insiders' trading window closes October 1st ahead of results review

Clinitech Laboratory Limited will close its trading window for insiders from Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, with the window reopening 48 hours after the results are declared.
