Sunil Industries Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of results release

Sunil Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, auditors, key managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives, starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s internal code for preventing insider trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, are made public, and the date of the board meeting to approve those results will be announced later.
