Nakoda Group shareholders re-appointed Choudharys for five-year terms at AGM

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pravin Choudhary as Managing Director and Chairman for a further term of 5 years effective February 10, 2027, and Mr. Jayesh Choudhary as Whole-Time Director for a further term of 5 years effective June 7, 2027, at the company’s 13th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026.
