Prima Agro Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
