Transglobe Foods closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Transglobe Foods Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the Calcutta Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
