IP Rings Limited to halt trading for key personnel ahead of financial results release

IP Rings Limited will close its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, immediate relatives, and other connected persons starting October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s internal code of conduct.
