Talbros Engineering restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Talbros Engineering Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, promoter group, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
