Shilchar Technologies closes equity trading window ahead of financial results release

Shilchar Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and SEBI regulations.
