Vidya Wires Limited halts securities trading until after financial results publication

Vidya Wires Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for buying, selling, or dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the publication of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, for the financial year 2026-27.
