KSH International Limited to halt securities trading pending financial results announcement

KSH International Limited will close its trading window for securities from Wednesday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and six-month period ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
