Stovec Industries appoints Theodorus Kortekaas as director, pending shareholder approval

Stovec Industries Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Theodorus Dominicus Bartholomeus Maria Kortekaas as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, effective September 25, 2026. Mr. Kortekaas is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Executive Board of SPGPrints B.V., Netherlands, a parent company of Stovec Industries Ltd., and holds a degree in Environmental Economics from Wageningen University.
