SBFC Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are declared.
