Ikoma Technologies withdraws rights issue and acquisition of ICM Insurance Brokers

Ikoma Technologies Limited, formerly known as Vuenow Infratech Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the withdrawal of an in-principle application for a proposed rights issue filed with the BSE Limited on June 8, 2026, under Case No. 270228, and also approved the withdrawal of the proposed acquisition of M/s ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited, which was intended to be funded through the rights issue.
