Diligent Media Corporation appoints Aanchal David as Independent Woman Director for five years

Diligent Media Corporation Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Aanchal David as an Additional Director, designated as Independent Woman Director, effective September 26, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
