Reliance Power restricts trading for insiders pending financial results in late 2026

Reliance Power Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of practices and procedures and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
