Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya shareholders re-elected Arihant Kumar Jain as a director

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited informed the BSE Limited that at its 45th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026, members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain (DIN: 06401053) as a whole-time director, who retires by rotation, and confirmed he is not debarred from holding the office of director. Mr. Jain, aged about 37 years, is the son of Mr. Tosh Kumar Jain, Managing Director, and Mrs. Monika Jain, Whole-time Director of the company.
