Samrat Forgings shareholders reappointed Rakesh Kumar and Satish Sharma to their respective roles

Samrat Forgings Limited announced that its members approved the reappointment of Mr. Rakesh M. Kumar as Managing Director for a term of three years, effective December 01, 2026, to November 30, 2029, and the reappointment of Mr. Satish Chander Sharma as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, starting June 30, 2027, and ending June 29, 2032, at the company's 45th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 25, 2026.
