Brigade Enterprises Limited acquires 100% stake in Celebrations Development Company for Rs 10,00,000

Brigade Enterprises Limited has acquired 100% equity stake in M/s. Celebrations Development Company Private Limited, formerly known as BCV Real Estates Private Limited, a step down subsidiary, for Rs 10,00,000, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 25, 2026. The acquisition, which was made at a face value of Rs 10 per equity share, transforms Celebrations Development Company Private Limited into a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited and is considered a related party transaction on an arm’s length basis.
