Refex Green Power Limited acquires stakes in three entities for Rs 150,804,000

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Refex Green Power Limited, has acquired equity stakes in Refex Vayu SPV 1 Private Limited, Refex Vayu SPV 2 Private Limited, and Grey To Green Transition Private Limited, making them step-down subsidiaries or an associate company. Refex Green Power Limited acquired 100% of Refex Vayu SPV 1 Private Limited for Rs 25,520,000, 49% of Refex Vayu SPV 2 Private Limited for Rs 25,284,000, and 100% of Grey To Green Transition Private Limited for Rs 100,000. The acquisitions, considered related party transactions, are aimed at strengthening the company’s renewable energy portfolio and expanding its presence in the wind power generation sector.
