ITC Limited halts share trading for employees ahead of financial results announcement

ITC Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that the trading window for purchasing, selling, or dealing in the company's shares will be closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026.
