Essar Shipping closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Essar Shipping Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and circulars issued by the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
