Superior Finlease Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors approved shifting the company's registered office from NS-92, Khasra No. 33/21, Ranaji Enclave, Najafgarh, New Delhi – 110043 to Flat No. 5, Plot No. 19,21, Kh. No. 33/21, Second Floor, NS Block, Rana Ji Enclave, Gali No. 3, Najafgarh, Delhi – 110043, effective September 25, 2026.
