CARE Ratings Limited to review quarterly financial results at a board meeting on August 7, 2026

CARE Ratings Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 7, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window for the company’s shares, which was closed from July 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
