Allcargo Global Logistics’ subsidiary acquires 10% stake in ECUnordicon AB for SEK 17,600,000

Allcargo Global Logistics Limited, formerly known as Allcargo ECU Limited, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecu Global N.V., acquired 10% shares in ECUnordicon AB, formerly known as ECU Worldwide (Nordicon) AB, for a consideration of SEK 17,600,000 on July 28, 2026, increasing its stake to 100% in the target entity. ECUnordicon AB, incorporated in Sweden on July 7, 2021, reported a net revenue of SEK 462,555,733 for the period of January to December 2025, and is engaged in multimodal transportation and warehousing.
