Yash Highvoltage Limited to convene a board meeting August 3 to consider dividends

Yash Highvoltage Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026, to consider and recommend a final dividend to shareholders for fiscal year 2025-26, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company also announced that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated employees and connected persons from Thursday, July 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the board announces its dividend recommendation on August 3, 2026.
