TCI Industries shareholders re-appointed Dharmpal and Vikas Agarwal as directors

TCI Industries Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dharmpal Agarwal and Mr. Vikas Agarwal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors at the company's 61st Annual General Meeting held on July 28, 2026. Mr. Dharmpal Agarwal, who is the Chairman and Managing Director of Transport Corporation of India Limited, and Mr. Vikas Agarwal, the Founder-Director of Bhoruka Classic Finance Pvt. Ltd., were re-appointed in accordance with Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
