Genesys International allots 52,800 equity shares under ESOP

Genesys International Corporation has allotted 52,800 equity shares under ESOP on 3 July 2025. Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs. 20,83,84,310 divided into 4,16,76,862 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
