Company raises up to Rs. 82.99 crore via equity share issuance with Motilal Oswal participating
 <p>The company is undertaking a preferential allotment of up to 973,000 equity shares and 996,000 convertible warrants, raising up to Rs. 82.99 crore and Rs. 84.96 crore respectively. Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Calliope Capital Advisors, Param Value Investments, and Hem Growth Opportunities Fund are participating in the equity share issuance, while Niraj, Deepak, and Kunal Arya are receiving the warrants. The equity shares are priced at Rs. 853 per share, and warrants are priced at Rs. 853 per warrant, with payment terms stipulating 25% upfront and the remaining 75% upon conversion within 18 months. The combined issuance will result in a diluted shareholding for existing investors, decreasing the promoter and promoter group’s stake from 72.76% to 70.87% and increasing the public shareholding from 27.24% to 29.13%. The transactions require shareholder and stock exchange approvals, with a relevant date for floor price calculation of September 18, 2026.</p>
