Fabtech Technologies closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results
 <p>Fabtech Technologies Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
