 <p>Starbeam Ventures Limited, formerly known as Bluegod Entertainment Limited, held its 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026, where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Ms. Afsana Mirose Kherani as a director. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Raman Raheja as a non-executive non-independent director and Mrs. Ritu Tiwari as a non-executive independent director.</p>
