H.G. Infra Engineering acquires Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission for Rs 500,000
 <p>H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited to acquire 100% of the equity shares of Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission Limited for Rs 500,000, according to a filing on September 26, 2026. The acquisition, which aligns with the company’s infrastructure business and strategic objective of expanding its presence in the power transmission sector, involves the construction of 220/132/33 kV AIS substations and associated lines in Uttar Pradesh for 35 years. Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission Limited was incorporated in India on December 12, 2025, and has had a turnover of nil for the last three years.</p>
