IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust to acquire Luhri Power Transmission from Enerica ReGrid for up to Rs 1
 <p>IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has executed Securities Purchase Agreements dated September 25, 2026, to acquire Luhri Power Transmission Limited from Enerica ReGrid Infra Private Limited for an enterprise value not exceeding Rs 13,360 million, subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition, which is subject to unitholder approval, will be completed in one or more tranches post becoming completed and revenue generating project, and is related party transaction due to a common director with the Investment Manager of IndiGrid.</p>
