Wheels India Limited concluded a Qualified Institutions Placement raising funds from qualified buyer
 <p>Wheels India Limited announced the closure of a Qualified Institutions Placement of 11,97,318 equity shares at a price of Rs 2088 per share, including a premium of Rs 2078 per share, to eligible qualified institutional buyers, according to a regulatory filing on September 25, 2026. The company’s Fundraise Committee approved the allocation and adoption of the Placement Document, and finalized a confirmation of allocation note to be sent to eligible buyers, while also approving a refund intimation letter for those entitled to a refund.</p>
