 <p>Somany Ceramics Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives.</p>
