Adani Global acquired 50% stake in Monvarex Aluminium for USD 25,000
 <p>Adani Enterprises Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Global Limited, has acquired a 50% equity stake of Monvarex Aluminium Holding RSC Ltd. for a purchase consideration of USD 25,000. The acquisition, which was completed on September 26, 2026, is intended to facilitate the manufacturing/extraction of alumina/aluminium smelter and Coal-to-Gas business in India, and Monvarex Aluminium Holding RSC Ltd. was incorporated in Abu Dhabi on May 15, 2025.</p>
