Choksi Laboratories closes trading window for insiders starting October 1, 2026
 <p>Choksi Laboratories Limited informed the BSE Limited that it will close the trading window for its shares for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons, starting October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company also stated that it has complied with SEBI circulars dated August 5, 2022, July 19, 2023, and April 21, 2025, regarding trading window closure and freezing of PAN at the security level.</p>
