Tempsens Instruments closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement
 <p>Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
