Syncom Formulators' promoters forgo Rs 47.5 crore dividend payout for fiscal 2026
 <p>Syncom Formulations (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its Promoters and Promoter Group have voluntarily waived their entitlement to receive the final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, representing a total of Rs 4,75,34,759.90, out of the company’s 94,00,00,000 outstanding equity shares, of which 47,53,47,599 shares are held by the Promoters and Promoter Group.</p>
