Vikas WSP Limited closes trading window for insiders amid insolvency resolution
 <p>Vikas WSP Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the company’s unaudited financial results for the year ended September 30, 2026, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the company is currently under corporate insolvency resolution process managed by Interim Resolution Professional Mr. Darshan Singh Anand.</p>
