 <p>Denis Chem Lab Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Dr. Himanshu C. Patel as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective August 1, 2026, through a virtual Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. Dr. Patel, who holds DIN 00087114, was re-appointed in place of his expiring term on July 31, 2026, and is not debarred from holding the office, according to a filing with the BSE Limited.</p>
