Initial public offer of upto 19,05,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Silky Overseas Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 161 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 151 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 30.68 crores ("The Issue").
