Initial public offer of 1,28,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each (Equity Shares) of Abans Holdings Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 270 per equity (including the securities premium of Rs. 268 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 345.60.* crores (The Offer) comprising of a fresh issue of 38,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 102.60.* croress (the Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 90,00,000 equity shares by Abhishek Bansal (The Promoter Selling Shareholder) aggregating to Rs. 243.00* crores (Offer for Sale). The offer constitute 25.53% of the fully diluted post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. *Subject to the finalization of basis of allotment. The face value of equity shares is Rs. 2 each and the offer price is 135 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 55 equity shares and in multiples of 55 equity share thereafter.
