Public issue of 30,00,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10.00 each (the equity shares) of A-1 Acid Limited (the company or aal or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 60.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 50.00 per equity share) (the issue price), aggregating to Rs. 18 Crores (the issue) of which 1,56,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.94 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (market maker reservation portion).
