Initial public offer of 50,925,925* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of CMS Info Systems Limited ("The Company" or "The Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 216 per equity share including a premium of Rs. 206 per equity share ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 1100.00 crores ("Offer") through an offer for sale of 50,925,925* equity shares by Sion Investment Holdings Pte. Limited ("Promoter Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 1100.00 crores (The "Offer for Sale").
