Public issue of 18,12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Suyog Telematics Limited (STL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 25/- per share (The Issue Price), aggregating to ` 4.53 crores (The Issue), of which, 1,08,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the market maker reservation portion).
