Public issue of 1,25,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.65/- per equity share (including equity share premium of Rs.55/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.81.25 Crores (the "issue") by Indowind Energy Limited ("our company" or "issuer").
