The offer received bids for 0.61 crore units as against 0.63 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Swastika Infra Ltd IPO received bids for 60,73,866 units as against 63,35,001 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:42 IST on Wednesday (23 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.96 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 25 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 175 per share to 185 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 81 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 128 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 32 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 160 crore.
