Hero Motors Ltd IPO subscribed 6.66 times

The offer received bids for 58.97 crore units as against 8.86 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Hero Motors Ltd IPO received bids for 58,97,26,638 units as against 8,86,07,596 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:00 IST on Friday (18 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 6.66 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 18 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 79 per share to 84 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 178 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 600 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 400 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,000 crore.
